Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns, as all of our products are made to order. Please double-check all personalization and order details before placing your order.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for non-personalized items.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.

Note: Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.


Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the item and packaging.


We'll evaluate the issue and ship a replacement if applicable.


Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges or refunds on the following:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items or gift cards

European Union Customers

If your order is shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, unless the item is custom or made to order.To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
